What you will do

• Lead and develop the internal IT organization across all regions, building a network of regional representatives.
• Define and implement a global operating model to ensure consistent service delivery and regional support.
• Own end-to-end IT operations, including service desk management, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Set governance for safe and effective AI adoption across the business.
• Partner with business functions to manage enterprise applications, vendor relationships, and licensing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations or Internal IT leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing geographically distributed IT teams across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace technologies.
• Solid grounding in IT Service Management (ITIL) and vendor management.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Track record of driving technology standardization while maintaining regional flexibility.

• Exposure to AI platforms, AI governance, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
