What you will do

• Design, plan, implement, operate, and continuously develop Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure), including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and access reviews.
• Own Incident, Problem, and Change Management based on ITIL and ensure SLA compliance.
• Handle IT security incidents independently and coordinate incident response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) in close collaboration with the SOC, aligned with ISO 27001.
• Standardise, further develop, and automate IT operations processes in a cloud-only environment, including building automations and AI-supported self-service/workflow/scripting functions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (systems, processes, permissions, projects), drive knowledge transfer, and build deputy structures toward deputy Head of Information Systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including independently planning, implementing, and operating complex M365 and cloud configurations.
• Strong understanding of IT process standardisation and ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience in IT Security Operations and Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) plus foundational knowledge of ISO 27001.
• German communication skills at C1 level.
• English working proficiency at B2 level in a professional context.
