What you will do

• Standardize and automate IT operations processes within a cloud-only environment.
• Implement and manage complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations, including SSO, IdP, and RBAC.
• Own incident, problem, and change management based on ITIL principles with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Lead IT security incident response activities using EDR, M365 Defender, and the Compliance Center.
• Develop and maintain UEM/MDM setups using Intune for Windows, iOS, and macOS.

Requirements

• German: C1 level required.
• English: B2 level required.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra).
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience in IT security operations and incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT process automation (scripting, workflow automation).
• First exposure to AI-supported functions.
