What you will do

• Own complex backend initiatives end-to-end: design, implementation, integration, rollout, and operation.
• Build high-throughput, low-latency backend services for systems processing billions of transactions per day.
• Integrate with DSPs, SSPs, third-party data providers, and AdTech standards such as OpenRTB and VAST.
• Work with distributed systems, efficient caching, streaming pipelines, and in-memory data stores (Redis, Kafka, Aerospike).
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale production systems using an SRE mindset (observability, incident response, capacity planning, on-call).
• Drive testing, monitoring, and automation coverage, including load and acceptance testing; raise the technical bar via code reviews and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expert-level backend development experience with JavaScript/Node.js at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems: scaling, fault tolerance, caching, and load balancing.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Hands-on experience with distributed databases such as Aerospike and Redis.
• Experience with streaming pipelines such as Kafka or Kinesis.
• English: Intermediate+ or higher

Nice to have

• AdTech industry experience.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
