What you will do
- Design and implement robust Rust and C++ services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto products.
- Build reusable, testable, efficient code for revenue-critical systems.
- Contribute to large-scale distributed systems architecture and low-latency solutions.
- Translate product requirements into resilient systems while maintaining safety and security.
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries and collaborate with product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building financial trading products.
- Proficiency in Rust network services or asynchronous programming.
- Experience with modern C++ and performance-sensitive, low-latency systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems.
- Ability to debug independently across the operating system, network, and application layers.
