Java Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build benchmark calculation systems based on new methodologies.
• Develop end-to-end features with the product team to support business requirements.
• Contribute to data analysis, core infrastructure, backend services, and business logic.
• Support a 24/7 real-time distributed platform.
• Improve system coverage with tests, metrics, and alarms.
• Help deliver pricing and data services for the cryptocurrency and financial sectors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of development experience in fintech, with a focus on backend development.
• Strong foundation in Java application development.
• Ability to develop iteratively for high-throughput, real-time systems.
• Experience with maintainable, efficient, dependable code and modern processes such as CI/CD and Git.
• Strong mathematical, reasoning, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial benchmarks, pricing models, or broader financial concepts.
• Experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics.
• Familiarity with RPC, protobuf, message queues, and Redis.
