TL;DR

Customer Success Specialist (Fintech): Proactively managing a portfolio of business customers to increase product adoption and reduce churn with an accent on consultative relationship building. Focus on identifying growth opportunities for entrepreneurs, optimizing plan usage, and synthesizing user feedback for product development.

Location: Remote (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, or Serbia)

Salary: Up to 24,000 EUR gross per year + monthly bonus

What you will do

  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to build trusted relationships.
  • Analyze customer business goals to recommend suitable plans and features.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks by re-engaging dormant customers.
  • Educate users on new products and best practices to maximize product value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve the customer journey.
  • Act as a customer advocate, representing user feedback across the organization.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in German or Dutch.
  • English level C1.
  • At least 6 months of experience in phone-based customer support.
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to recommend business solutions.
