What you will do

• Set up and operate test rigs, control-room systems, and instrumentation for production testing.
• Perform in-line and end-of-line acceptance tests while verifying results against defined limits.
• Lead and coordinate a team of two technicians, balancing daily workloads and providing guidance.
• Conduct first-line troubleshooting of test stations and units under test to maintain production flow.
• Ensure accurate recording of test results, serial numbers, and configurations for full traceability.
• Monitor compliance with EHS standards and maintain a safe, organized 5S work environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in production testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supervising or coordinating a small technical team.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Practical experience with test rigs, control rooms, DAQ systems, and first-line troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow strict test procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or turbine testing.
• Proficiency with NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, or Minitab.
• Knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese.
