What you will do

• Lead daily shop-floor production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution of production plans.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and documentation to maintain workflow continuity.
• Monitor production performance, WIP, and output to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict compliance with work instructions, quality standards, HSE requirements, and 5S practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and perform ERP/SAP/MES updates for reporting and traceability.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be an Emirati national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical, or Electronics).
• 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• Proven experience coordinating shop-floor activities and supporting team execution.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP/MES, and production routing control.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of OLE/OEE metrics and internal audit processes.
