Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead production operations to deliver plans safely, on time, and within cost targets.
• Manage production readiness, including manpower, materials, tools, and system requirements.
• Oversee execution through ERP/SAP/MES systems, ensuring traceability and routing compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics such as OEE/OLE, productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and internal SOPs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or technical operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or Electrical).
• Proven experience in managing teams, production execution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production reporting, and risk management.
• English proficiency is required for all roles.

Nice to have

• Experience in agile, regulated, aerospace, or defense manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, PMP, or ISO quality management systems.
• Familiarity with NEBOSH or HSE awareness training.
