Production Assembly Lead (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead daily shop-floor production activities to ensure safe and efficient execution of production plans.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and documentation to maintain production readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics (WIP, output) and resolve line issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, HSE requirements, and 5S practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and updates within ERP, SAP, and MES systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and support teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical, or Electronics).
• 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• Eligibility: Must be Emirati Talent.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
• Certification in lean manufacturing, shop-floor management, or internal audit.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 standards.
• Familiarity with OLE/OEE awareness and labour booking.
