What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and setups on automation equipment and tooling.
• Investigate front-line machine issues, identify root causes, and report findings for long-term action plans.
• Monitor machine KPIVs and KPOVs using data analysis tools to ensure product quality.
• Initiate Kaizen or improvement ideas in collaboration with supervisors and engineers.
• Follow established maintenance procedures to meet production delivery plans.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Interest in automation technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
