Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: in-office two days a week).
Salary: 11,542 zł – 25,000 zł PLN.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–8 Programmatic Specialists and Managers.
- Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients across US, EMEA, and international markets.
- Lead the development of sophisticated programmatic media strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Retail Media.
- Oversee campaign activation, optimization, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Drive innovation by identifying new beta programs and testing frameworks across leading DSPs.
- Optimize operational processes and governance to ensure consistent delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in programmatic media, digital activation, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing and developing programmatic teams.
- Hands-on expertise in DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for international environments.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland and able to work in a hybrid model.
