Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be able to commute to the office a couple of times a week and possess EU work authorization.

Salary: €40,000 – €50,000

What you will do

• Map, document, and evaluate current data models and reporting flows to enable scalability.
• Build and maintain metrics for Investor Reporting using dbt to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Marts and the Gold layer to support a robust semantic layer.
• Perform cross-checks between Investor Reporting and Looker to guarantee a single source of truth.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and unblock stakeholders.
• Participate in projects involving agentic technologies and multi-agent implementations using LLMs.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and solid Python proficiency for data transformation and validation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining dbt models and metrics.
• Solid understanding of semantic layer concepts and BI consistency practices.
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit is required.
• Ability to commute to the Barcelona or Frankfurt office as needed.
• Interest in or experience with agentic AI systems and LLM-powered workflows.
