What you will do

• Build and maintain production-grade data models following industry best practices.
• Design stable data schemas with clear naming conventions and documented business logic.
• Implement automated data quality controls, including tests and validation rules.
• Monitor data reliability, freshness, and performance to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage data model evolution using versioning and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to align data solutions with business requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Solid SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, and optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and schema design.
• Experience with software engineering workflows including git, pull requests, and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data products.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with data observability and anomaly detection frameworks.
