What you will do

• Manage cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure, including MDM, IAM, SSO, and network configurations.
• Oversee IT service delivery, ticketing, and end-user support for global offices in Germany, the US, and APAC.
• Maintain formal ISMS compliant with ISO27001 and TISAX standards and lead third-party security audits.
• Define and execute the IT and infosec roadmap, managing vendor relations and pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to implement secure AI solutions and business application support.
• Document and enforce IT processes, policies, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, hands-on support, and policy establishment.
• Fluent in English (working proficiency in German is a plus).
• Proven experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and centralized endpoint management (Linux/macOS).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, AWS fundamentals, and server virtualization.
• Ability to coordinate work across different time zones and regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or CCNA.
• Experience establishing ISMS from scratch and managing TISAX controls.
• Knowledge of CI/CD infrastructure and version control.
• Experience implementing AI/LLM solutions.
