What you will do

• Manage localization infrastructure including MemoQ, Lilt, WPML, and various content connectors.
• Support Localization Specialists by troubleshooting technical issues and automating manual processes.
• Optimize resource management for translation memories (TMs), term bases (TBs), and file preparation.
• Develop efficient workflows for challenging asset types, including AI, Audio, and Video localization.
• Act as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement new tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role supporting localization teams.
• Proven expertise with TMS and CAT-Tools.
• Proficiency with Regular Expressions and file formats such as .xliff, .tmx, .json, .csv, and html/xml.
• Fluency in more than one language.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with MemoQ, Lilt, Wordpress, or WPML.
• Proficiency in Python or Batch scripting.
• Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI implementation or grading frameworks.
