What you will do

• Provide service and support to retirement plan participants regarding distribution, rollover, and investment strategies.
• Cultivate customer relationships by delivering personalized service and resolving plan-related inquiries.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with retirement goals.
• Identify and refer complex financial planning opportunities to internal partners.
• Meet monthly and annual asset growth and retention targets.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• Demonstrated success in goal-oriented roles, particularly in asset growth and retention.
• FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations required within established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar record-keeping systems.
• Solid understanding of IRAs and qualified retirement plan environments.
• Strong consulting and self-starter capabilities.
