What you will do

• Lead discovery activities to identify process pain points and transformation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables including PRDs, user stories, and process maps.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities including backlog management, sprint planning, and risk mitigation.
• Develop UAT plans, facilitate testing, and drive hypercare support for successful go-lives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Project Delivery.
• Proven track record of supporting end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and present to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, claims, underwriting, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Product Owner.
