What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for major product areas from discovery to execution.
• Design intuitive enterprise software experiences for complex workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define problems and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Create AI-driven experiences that prioritize trust, transparency, and user control.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, specifically in enterprise or B2B software.
• Proven experience designing complex systems like dashboards, workflow tools, or administrative platforms.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to balance user experience goals with technical constraints and business priorities.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries.
