What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core product surfaces including cards, payments, and spend management flows across mobile and desktop.
• Identify and resolve UX debt to elevate the craft and consistency of the core product experience.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for generative exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Maintain and extend the design system, establishing patterns for AI-driven features like confidence and human review.
• Plan and execute user research, including participant recruitment and validation of design decisions.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership in a globally distributed team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a track record of high-impact projects.
• Proven experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Working fluency with AI tools in the design process (exploration, prototyping, documentation).
• Hands-on research experience and ability to drive projects forward independently in ambiguous environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (networks, issuers, partners).
• Experience designing for B2B finance-team users such as CFOs and controllers.
• Experience with AI-powered product experiences (copilots, agents, intelligent automation).
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
