What you will do

• Design and manage core capacity allocation frameworks, balancing on-demand spot capacity with reserved customer commitments.
• Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to forecast cluster availability and convert deployment dates into sellable inventory.
• Build dynamic financial models tracking utilization and megawatt-level economics; identify under-utilized compute pools.
• Resolve capacity allocation disputes using data and high EQ, prioritizing deployments by strategic value and margin.
• Model hardware depreciation and risk across lifecycle cycles to maximize ROI for GPU cluster pricing and allocation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain finance, or cloud operations at a hyperscaler, heavy-infrastructure tech firm, or logistics-heavy enterprise.
• Advanced data modeling and analytical rigor, comfortable working with large datasets (power costs, depreciation, network utilization).
• Strong ability to independently solve complex yield management problems under ambiguity.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment and push back on sales when capacity does not exist while staying collaborative.
• Deep understanding of the macro AI compute market and how utilization impacts valuation and cash flow.
