TL;DR
Director, Global Logistics & Trade Compliance (Global Supply Chain): Architecting and safeguarding Everpure’s global logistics and trade compliance backbone across the US, Europe, and Asia with an accent on logistics optimization, customs governance, and entity readiness. Focus on designing tariff mitigation frameworks, enabling expansion into complex markets, and building KPI-driven global trade operations with ERP/MRP/GTM tooling.

Location: Primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, California office; work from the office is expected unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.

Annual base salary: $192,000–$307,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end logistics execution, network capacity planning, transportation mode design, and freight spend optimization across regional operations, freight lanes, 3PLs, and carrier contracts.
  • Manage compliant import/export, customs, sanctions, tariff mitigation, and regulatory risk workflows.
  • Build IOR/EOR playbooks and multi-country entity readiness models for expansion into complex markets across Latin America and the Middle East.
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, Compliance, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing to establish global governance and RACI models.
  • Implement Lean processes, global trade management tooling, dashboards, supplier scorecards, and audit-readiness controls.

Requirements

  • Experience directing multi-regional logistics networks, freight forwarding, and 3PL performance at enterprise scale.
  • Deep knowledge of import/export regulations, customs classification, valuation, and IOR/EOR frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams on tariff risk and regulatory execution.
  • Strong supply chain analytics, KPI scorecard, and enterprise platform expertise across ERP, MRP, and GTM systems.
  • SAP or SAP GTS experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work primarily from the Santa Clara, California office is required.
