What you will do

• Identify and implement lean process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste using agile methodologies.
• Analyze production data via data analytics and process mining to streamline workflows.
• Create current-state value streams and develop target concepts for productivity improvement.
• Redesign production layouts and implement improved material flows.
• Introduce digitalization initiatives using MES and SAP into production processes.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate lean practices organization-wide.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in lean process management or continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office 365, and digitalization tools like MES.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies with measurable results.
