What you will do

• Determine success criteria and core requirements for automation solutions in manufacturing and assembly.
• Drive production process automation projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D to promote simultaneous engineering for manufacturable new products.
• Assist in evaluating manufacturing technology suppliers across the APAC region.
• Develop strategies for governance over core processes in accordance with the Operating Model Medical.
• Provide training concepts and recommendations for technical staff to support automation implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience in automation and machine development.
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and automation technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.
