What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives.
• Develop commercial partnerships using an established network within the HVAC and Home Services industry.
• Lead the Channel Accounts Management team, implementing best practices, KPIs, and optimized tooling.
• Collaborate with Product and Capital Markets teams to relay customer needs for product innovation.
• Manage the partner lifecycle from lead generation to repeat production for HVAC partners.
• Oversee Salesforce platform governance, reporting integrity, and compensation modeling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise business development, sales, or account management.
• Mandatory experience in the HVAC/Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry.
• Experience in consumer finance and the energy sector.
• Proven ability to execute strategic plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Must be based remotely in the US.
