Salary: $28.85–$35.98 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition initiation to offer and onboarding.
• Source and recruit candidates for nonexempt, entry-level, and hourly roles.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define position requirements and qualifications.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and perform preliminary phone screen assessments.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and report on staffing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Avon, MN.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in changing work environments.
• Strong communication skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.

Nice to have

• 6 months of previous Human Resources related experience.
• Previous recruiting experience.
• Customer service or manufacturing office experience.
