What you will do

• Define and establish best practices for an AI-native product design organization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers through hiring and capability development.
• Set design priorities and make resource decisions across multiple product areas.
• Contribute hands-on to design work including prototypes, workflows, and product decisions.
• Develop innovative interaction patterns for products where AI agents perform meaningful work.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to integrate design into strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 7+ years of experience as a product designer, including 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record of building or growing a design organization in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with prototypes, user flows, and product strategy.
• Experience designing products where AI or intelligent systems support user workflows.
• Ability to explain complex design concepts and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
