What you will do

• Set the vision and standard for an agentic design organization that shapes product decisions from the first sketch.
• Attract, hire, and coach top-tier design talent while maintaining a high-performance culture.
• Manage team priorities and resource allocation across the product portfolio to ensure high-impact outcomes.
• Design directly alongside the team, creating flows and prototypes to solve complex interaction challenges.
• Evangelize agentic design principles both internally and externally to establish industry leadership.
• Partner closely with PM, PMM, and Engineering to ensure design moves at the speed of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a practicing product designer with 3+ years of direct design team management.
• Proven track record of building or substantially growing a product design team at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrable AI fluency with a portfolio showing AI tools integrated into real-world workflows (prototyping, critique, or production).
• Experience designing product surfaces where AI or automation performs real work on behalf of the user.
• Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in North America.
