Location: Must be based in Ontario, Quebec, or Eastern Canada (Toronto preferred).
Salary: $200,000 – $240,000 CAD (for candidates in Ontario).

What you will do
- Define interaction patterns for agentic AI that allow merchants to converse with and supervise intelligent agents.
- Lead end-to-end design for AI experiences from concept through to shipped product.
- Raise the craft bar across the Retail design organization by contributing directly to key product areas.
- Lead vision work and hands-on prototyping to rethink core merchant experiences.
- Model AI-first workflows for the design team by using modern prototyping tools daily.
- Influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders through storytelling and high-quality design work.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product design experience with a maker's mindset.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft in UX, interaction, and visual design.
- Proven experience leading large, ambiguous initiatives across multiple teams without formal authority.
- Genuine fluency with AI, including active use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools.
- Technical understanding sufficient to build prototypes and reason about engineering constraints.
- Must be based in Ontario, Quebec, or Eastern Canada.
