What you will do

• Administer and maintain server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide operational support for server and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Manage device replacement and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Operate and maintain VMware ESX virtualization environments.
• Enable and manage remote server access using RDP.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English required.
• Experience in server administration and operational support.
• Familiarity with network administration in on-premise and distributed environments.
• Proficiency in remote server access using RDP and VMware ESX operations.
• Knowledge of device replacement and hardware lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
