What you will do
- Provide technology consulting and leadership to create and deliver enterprise solutions meeting customer business needs.
- Analyze and develop detailed technical designs for solutions across networks, applications, or platforms.
- Lead technical assessments and manage the delivery lifecycle for specific technical solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, manage bids, and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the company's technical knowledge base through internally published materials.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese for professional communication with customers.
- 8+ years of professional experience in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and scoping deliverables across multiple technologies.
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems to their root cause.
- Vendor or industry certification in at least one technical discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent (11+ years of experience if no degree).
