What you will do

• Manage and maintain client systems data, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Execute security compliance protocols and resolve complex technical issues across platforms.
• Oversee a queue of assignments, prioritizing tickets to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders to identify modernization opportunities.
• Support cloud migration initiatives, transitioning on-premise solutions to public/private cloud environments.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX.
• Proven background in public/private cloud management and migration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management practices.
