What you will do

• Maintain and patch VMware infrastructure including VCF, NSX, and Vcenter.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to gather technical requirements and support infrastructure architecture.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, and virtualization issues in coordination with development teams.
• Refine processes and code to improve the automation platform.
• Contribute to RCA meetings and maintain technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance and assist in technical support for infrastructure changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in VMware infrastructure maintenance and patching.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration and application development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ansible and PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of DNS, network design, and L2/L3 protocols.

Nice to have

• VMware certification.
• Experience with Aria automation and Aria ops.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts (AD, LDAP, OIM, MFA).
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Ansible Tower/AWX, Puppet, and Jenkins.
