Salary: $22.35 - $25.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts in accordance with company policy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system data.
• Maintain precise tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within the SAP ERP system.
• Collaborate with Materials, Planning, and Warehouse teams to alert on low critical component levels.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring inventory issues.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve inventory turnover and minimize waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or QAD highly preferred).
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUPs.
• Ability to work on-site in Woodland, CA, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management and verbal/written communication skills.

• Familiarity with inventory KPIs (cycle count accuracy, inventory turns).
