What you will do

• Maintain the Performance of Work license portfolio for home improvement and electrical contracting.
• Coordinate directly with state and local authorities to ensure license validity and compliance.
• Partner with business operations to manage field team licenses, including annual renewals and maintenance.
• Apply for and maintain various local business licenses.
• Support the Licensing Team in executing the vision for business growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of licensing experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in licensing and compliance within a corporation or law firm.
• Familiarity with laws and rules governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a Notary Public commission.
