Contract Analyst

TL;DR

Contract Analyst (Sales Operations): Managing the end-to-end sales contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, and execution to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Focus on streamlining the quote-to-cash process, maintaining data integrity in CRM/CLM systems, and collaborating with Legal and Sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Madison, WI; Yardley, PA; or Boise, ID

What you will do

• Manage and track the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and Amendments.
• Partner with the Legal team to ensure all contracts adhere to company policy and risk standards.
• Maintain version control and facilitate timely approvals and execution of agreements.
• Manage contract data within Salesforce and CLM tools to ensure accuracy.
• Provide guidance to the Sales team on contract best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize and improve the quote-to-cash workflow.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Contract Management, Sales/Legal Operations, or Deal Desk.
• Proven experience in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and CLM tools such as Salesforce, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused communication style.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in B2B SaaS or subscription-based sales environments.
• Familiarity with complex pricing, discounting structures, and contract compliance.
