What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end signature process for commercial agreements using e-signature platforms.
• Perform pre-filing due diligence to verify contract completeness and accuracy before storage in the contract management system.
• Maintain and organize contract files using consistent naming conventions and metadata tagging in shared drives and CLM systems.
• Provide operational support to commercial attorneys by handling administrative tasks and document retrieval.
• Contribute to the improvement of legal operations workflows and the development of process templates and checklists.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or legal support.
• Experience with commercial contract types (MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, NDAs) and CLM systems.
• Proficiency with e-signature tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a SaaS or technology company.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training.
• Familiarity with legal AI tools such as Harvey or CoCounsel.
