Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California (onsite 4 days a week)

Salary: $100,000 – $124,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Redesign PLM processes to align with CPG leading practices and business objectives.
• Execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.
• Document and evaluate current PLM business processes and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Define future state business processes, operating models, and capability maps.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and maintain a structured backlog.
• Facilitate communication between offshore and onshore teams and support UAT activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management.
• Proven experience with PLM systems such as Windchill, ThingWorx, and CAD systems (e.g., Creo, Solidworks).
• Must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in El Segundo, hirify.global HQ.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale PLM transformation programs within the CPG industry.
• Understanding of digital thread, digital twin, or model-based enterprise concepts.
• Exposure to Agile delivery models and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
