Salary: $155,800 - $205,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy for rapid technical content delivery across AI and emerging technology domains.
• Translate market trends, technology shifts, and learner demand into clear content investments and priorities.
• Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary team comprising content development, curriculum, and production specialists.
• Establish scalable prioritization frameworks and operational rhythms to ensure rapid delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across Product and Operations to shape the long-term vision for technical learning experiences.
• Drive experimentation with AI-enabled workflows and new content formats to improve learner outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in technical content, curriculum strategy, digital learning, or content operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced operational environments.
• Proven track record of building or scaling operational models and strategic initiatives within evolving organizations.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, cloud, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, or platform engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.
