What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of workstreams within the front-office transformation programme, ensuring progress against milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and progress dashboards.
• Manage dependencies across business, operations, and technology teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Facilitate steering meetings and vendor sessions, producing structured reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate the review and sign-off of functional designs, configuration specifications, and integration requirements.
• Oversee UAT cycles, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and early life support for new systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the insurance or reinsurance sector, specifically Specialty or the London Market.
• Track record of delivering front-office or broker-facing systems, tools, or process improvements.
• Strong project planning, governance, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with brokers and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ipswich
