What you will do

• Execute regular and irregular maintenance, repairs, and standard service actions on hirify.global systems independently.
• Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and determine the most effective approach for resolution.
• Document and handover complex issues to 2nd line support via field service reports and technical documentation.
• Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending improvements to user procedures.
• Identify process gaps and signal optimization opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and coaching to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a technical industry; experience within the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
• Must be based in or able to work in Taichung, Taiwan.
