What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex equipment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and advise on environmental factors affecting system operation.
• Manage site problems proactively, coordinating with account teams to ensure rapid resolution.
• Execute engineering changes and system upgrades to maintain performance levels.
• Maintain detailed field maintenance reports and time sheets for inventory and billing.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety practices defined by the company and customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering (or 2+ years of related experience).
• Reading and Writing fluency in English.
• Ability to work night shifts or rotating shifts.
• Willingness to travel frequently from the home base.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy is mandatory.

• Experience with TSMC service support.
