What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end payroll onboarding process for clients in the Netherlands and Belgium, from kick-off to live payroll.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dutch and Belgian payroll legislation, covering EOR and Global Payroll.
- Configure and validate payroll data directly within AFAS for the Netherlands and EasyPay for Belgium.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and parallel run validations to ensure accuracy before go-live.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform through UAT testing and documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on payroll experience in the Netherlands (loonheffing, 30% ruling) and Belgium (ONSS/RSZ, Dimona).
- Proven experience owning end-to-end payroll implementation projects.
- Direct working experience with AFAS (required) and EasyPay (strong advantage).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, fully environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured mindset with high attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Dutch or French.
