Sr. Lead UI/UX Designer (Gamedev): Owning and driving end-to-end UX/UI strategy and execution for ’s digital platform experiences with an accent on web and application-based products. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $114,080 - $211,048 Annual

What you will do
- Lead UX/UI strategy and execution for large-scale digital platform initiatives such as callofduty.com and .com.
- Drive end-to-end experience design across web and application-based products.
- Create high-quality UX flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders to define and deliver digital experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
- Support usability testing, experimentation, and data-informed optimization efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for digital products and platforms.
- Proven experience leading complex UX/UI initiatives across web and/or mobile experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX thinking, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-specific benefits.
