What you will do

• Own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in North American markets.
• Lead business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with outsourced vendors to ensure growth and completion of action items.
• Optimize vendor workflows and processes to drive efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Marketing to create scaled end-to-end sales programs.
• Shape the Ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies to activate and retain high-value SMB advertisers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations.
• 5+ years of experience in sales vendor management or sales leadership.
• Proven background in building and running outsourced sales operations.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, and partnering with digital agencies.
• History of exceeding revenue targets within the SMB segment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Ogden, UT office 1-2 days per week.
