What you will do

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects to optimize performance across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve workflow transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical improvement solutions.
• Support continuous organizational development through data-driven process optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365.
• Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.
