What you will do

• Monitor SLA adherence across all operational service and platform vendor relationships.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract registry, tracking expirations, renewals, and amendments.
• Produce regular performance reports and scorecards for leadership.
• Manage the operational escalation process for service quality issues and performance failures.
• Coordinate with Finance and Business Intelligence to ensure contracts align with data access and configuration requirements.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for Legal regarding contract reviews, redlines, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of experience in vendor operations, contract administration, or procurement.
• Strong legal-commercial literacy with experience in contract interpretation and redlining.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent vendor relationships across diverse categories.
• Analytical proficiency with SLA metrics, performance trends, and market benchmarking.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Legal Studies.

Nice to have

• CPCM or paralegal certification.
• Experience in infrastructure or operations-intensive environments.
