What you will do

• Develop and test the initial GTM approach, including customer segments, use cases, positioning, and messaging.
• Partner directly with salon and spa owners through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption.
• Drive activation and usage by identifying value drivers and friction points to improve time-to-value.
• Create repeatable systems for qualification, demos, onboarding, education, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn customer insights and usage patterns into product priorities.
• Run focused experiments on messaging, onboarding flows, and customer education to improve retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and high agency.
• Excellent customer presence with the ability to build trust and explain complex ideas simply.
• Sound product judgment and ability to identify where users become blocked or successful.
• Comfort using data to identify patterns and evaluate experiments.
• Strong written communication for turning messy customer feedback into clear internal recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience helping launch a new product, business line, or operating process.
• Experience in a customer-facing software role within a startup or operationally complex service environment.
• Deep personal use of AI tools or experience helping customers adopt new technology.
