What you will do

• Maintain corporate records, minute books, and coordinate annual compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Organize legal files, track deadlines, and manage outside counsel invoices and budgets.
• Support employment compliance, drafting offer letters and confidentiality agreements.
• Manage trademark and IP records and coordinate filings with outside counsel.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations on legal documentation and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Proven experience supporting commercial contracts and corporate governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Nice to have

• Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience with startup or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with U.S. corporate law and international entities.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM).
